  • Bookshop Visits
    We visit all our bookshops in Jamaica and throughout the Caribbean, at least twice annually, and remain in regular contact throughout the year via correspondence.


  • Bookshop Seminars
    Each year, Carlong presents a series of seminars for booksellers throughout Jamaica. These seminars serve as a valuable meeting, exchanging, networking, training, reviewing, marketing and planning opportunity for all our bookseller partners, large and small.

  • Showroom
    Our Warehouse and offices are always open to our bookshop partners and our Customer Service team is always on hand and willing to assist with the selection of titles, and order-fulfilment process. We are in the process of enlarging and improving our showroom facility to enhance the comfort, convenience and information access for our customers.

  • Business Development Advice
    Our strong commitment to service and the dedication of our team has won for Carlong, the widespread reputation of being knowledgeable, helpful, and judicious in our efforts to help our bookshop customers sustain their business profitably, and be responsive to their customers' needs.
