JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Human Resources Manager (HRM) is responsible for providing leadership and management of the Human Resource policies, strategies and programmes aimed at employing, retaining and developing a competent and committed workforce, thereby creating an employee oriented and high-performance culture that emphasizes enterprise, productivity and goal attainment.
The HRM acts as an internal consultant by providing counsel and advice on human resource matters and organizational effectiveness.
