Information Technology Manager
The role of the Information Technology Manager (ITM) is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives . He/she is responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and designing the IT related activities , as well as providing administrative direction and support for the daily operational duties and tasks of the IT team. The ITM is also responsible for providing leadership and training for the technical IT staff.
IT Business Analyst
The Information Technology Business Analyst (ITBA) is responsible for analyzing all aspects of the business with a view to implementing technology to improve the organization’s business processes. The IT Business Analyst is also responsible for supporting the business intelligence processes as it relates to sales, financial and accounting data.
IT Security & Systems Administrator
The IT Security & Systems Administrator (SSA) is responsible for the implementation, upgrade and maintenance of the organizations’ computer systems. The SSA is also responsible for protecting the organizations’ network, systems and data from viruses, malware, malicious attacks and unauthorized access.
IT Application Support Specialist
The Application Support Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and providing technical support.
IT Administrative Assistant
The Information Technology Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with the administration of the day to day operations of the Information Technology Department. The IT Administrative Assistant will also provide support to users of the IT systems by logging reported issues in Help Desk system and providing avenues for resolution.
