Financial Controller
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Senior Management Team , the Financial Controller will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and financial reporting activities.
Chief Accountant
The Chief Accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, manage the company payroll, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and to ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Internal Audit Manager
The Internal Audit Manager (IAM) serves as the company’s chief audit executive and performs advanced level professional auditing work as a key component of the corporate governance structure. The IAM is responsible for maintaining organizational and professional ethical standards and works independently with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgement.
Internal Auditor
The Internal Auditor is responsible for providing support to the Internal Audit Manager and the Internal Audit department in its execution of audit activities. In carrying out the audit activities, the Internal Auditor is expected to maintain professional ethical standards, to work independently and maintain objectivity.
General Ledger/Budget Accountant
Working under the supervision of the Financial Controller, the General Ledger/Budget Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organization’s financial records (General Ledger). The General Ledger/Budget Accountant will also be responsible for preparing the company's budget, and supporting the preparation of the monthly financials. The General Ledger/Budget Accountant will work with the Chief Accountant and other staff deemed necessary to support the Department's efforts in meeting its objectives.
Accounting Supervisor
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for local and overseas payables, reconciliations, accounting schedules and supervision of the Collections & Credit Officer
Administration Executive
The role of the Administration Executive is to provide administrative support to the Executive Chairman and Financial Controller by handling information requests, preparing reports and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence & receiving visitors at Carlong’s Newport West offices.
Collections & Credit Officer
The Collections & Credit Officer is responsible for receiving and disbursing money which involves processing lodgements, credit/debit card transactions and validating cheques.
